An album conceptualised on the more abstract flowing type of music created by the duo of B.C. Gilbert & Graham Lewis - aka "Dome" (ex-Wire, in the early 1980's). It later occurred to us that these four works fitted well together, so that's what we did! "Cupola" comprises works that reminded us of their uniquely twisted sonics, of "Barge Calm" of oozing "Rrrrr" and "Ahhhhhh" fabrics, and the unique surreally claustrophobic sound that the Dome oeuvre embodied.
