Engineer: Alan Freeman.

Alan Freeman: laptop running various virtual synths, virtual sampler (Mellotron, sound effects), Tapeworm (flute Mellotron) and Sound Forge (rhythm/groove loops), Roland SH-32 synthesizer, electric guitar (played and bowed, with Zoom effects and Roland GR-33 guitar synth), bowed springboard, voice, etc.
Steve Freeman: analogue synthesizers (Korg MS-20, Moog Rogue, Octave Cat, Yamaha CS5), bowed 5-string bass, guitar, CD & tape loops, samples, rhythms & grooves, Portastudio, turntable (classical music), cymbal, acoustic CD, other bric-a-brac, voice, etc.
Dave Powell: flute, hurdy gurdy, voodoo guitar, stylophone, etc.

Performed as just four sessions - that may sound like they are fragmented/shattered, blurred/dissolved, then reassembled - but basically all I did was take the eleven sections that stood up as tracks (and did the usual minor remixing and balancing of levels, plus a few cross-fades and splices, reverb tails, dynamic effects, etc, etc.) and then shuffled them into the best order. The resultant "sound pictures" range from the nightmarish through to blissfully serene, from unmusical through to strangely musical hybrids of folk (kind of) and industrial ooze, whatever it is - no one's thought of a name for it yet! All the titles are culled from a Robert Sheckley surreal sci-fi novel.
