CAN - TAGO MAGO (Spoon CD 006/7) CD ex+/ex £11.00 - (Spoon CDSPOON6/7: RM) CD £13.00 - Can's ultimate classic! A double on LP. Although starting on safer ground, the opening 3 tracks are definitive Can. With each track it draws the listener in with a succession of even greater weirdness & invention, not least with two LP side-long excursions, the groove-along "Halleluwah" & then "Aumgn" with Jaki's manic drums & electronic effects wizzing off into space. © 1971.

CAN - UNLIMITED EDITION (Spoon CDSPOON23/24: RM,RE) CD £11.00 - Archive recordings (1970-75), featuring "Limited Edition" LP plus an LP of previously unreleased material. This contains some of the most eclectic & weird Can. With edited version of "Cutaway".

CAN - FLOW MOTION (Spoon CDSPOON26: RM,RE) CD £11.00 - Can's most eclectic album, including the hit single "I Want More" plus a waltz, some almost dyslexc reggae, the killer track "Smoke" & more. © 1976.

CAN - CAN (Spoon CDSPOON28: RM) CD £11.00 - Released as "Inner Space" in the UK. Their very varied 1979 album that spawned the "Can-Can" hit single. After this they split!

CAN - DELAY 1968 (Spoon CDSPOON12: RM,RE) CD £11.00 - Originally unreleased 1968-69 sessions featuring Malcolm Mooney, & Dave Johnson (uncredited) on some tracks.

CAN - LIVE IN BRIGHTON 1975 (Spoon CDSPOON64: CC) 2CD £11.00 - Brand new unreleased concert classic. Only a few days after the Stuttgart gig (19/11/1975), but with a very different set largely presenting "Landed" material, if in largely instrumental form.

EELA CRAIG - EELA CRAIG (Garden of Delights CD 019: 4xBT,RE) CD £13.00 - Obscure 1971 debut. Krautrocky blues & classical rock/psych/underground hybrid. Essential 1970's prog. The bonus tracks include their "Stories/Cheese" single.

EILIFF - CLOSE ENCOUNTER WITH THEIR THIRD ONE (Garden of Delights CD 036) CD £14.00 - Live at the WDR (18/10/72), with 1 unique track & 3 extended album tracks, this is a sizzler! Note: minor flaws in the recording!

EILIFF - BREMEN 1972 (Garden of Delights CD 082) CD £14.00 - New edition, now correctly credited as the extended 41½ minute version of "Suite" from their debut LP. Superb instrumental fusion, it's one for fans of Embryo & Soft Machine.

ELOY - SILENT CRIES AND MIGHTY ECHOES (Harvest 7243 5 63774 2 4: 2xBT,RM,RE) CD £10.00 - 7th album (© 1979), very Pink Floyd "Wish You Were Here", & even a touch of Tangerine Dream! The bonus tracks are the aborted "Child Migration/Let The Sun Rise In Your Brain" single.

EMBRYO - OPAL (Ohr OMM 56003-2: RM,CC) CD £14.00 - Classic pioneering fusion (ex-Amon Düül II), breaking out of the psychedelic, blues, jazz & rock, & making something radical & new.

EMBRYO - SURFIN' (Garden of Delights CD 157) CD £14.00 - LP #7 (1974). Burchard & Bunka plus Uwe Mullrich (later of Dissidenten), with guests: Charlie Mariano & Edgar Hofmann. A lighter, funky edged album with poppy & weird bits, ethnic slants, sitars, organ & Mellotrons!

EMBRYO - BAD HEADS & BAD CATS (Garden of Delights CD 163) CD £13.00 - Combining the "We Keep On" & "Surfin'" line-ups, with American jazz singer Maria Archer, this funks & twists, chills-out & really grooves. Very varied & full of surprises. © 1976. Along with the bonus track "Human Contact" on the Disconforme CD, this also has the track "Sidetrack" from the very rare "Vlotho-Winterberg 1975" Festival LP.

EMBRYO - LIVE (Garden of Delights CD 173: 1xBT) CD £13.00 - Classic Embryo live in 1976, strongly featuring Roman Bunka & Charlie Mariano, with excellent vocals from jazz-funk singer Maria Archer. This is Embryo covering all bases from Krautrock through to ethnic, from weird groove through jazz, & nearly all original material not documented anywhere else.

EMBRYO - ZACK GLUCK (Materiali Sonori MASO CD 90038: RE) CD £12.00 - Finest of Embryo's 1980's albums, a complex multi-faceted fusion combining the early-1970's Embryo sound with all manner of ethnic & modernisms.

EMBRYO - 2001 LIVE, VOL. 1 (Schneeball 0835-2) CD £13.00 - A much more stable band that the 2000 one, with more of that typical Embryo ethnic rock we love, flashes of "Ibn Battuda" & "Ni Hau" styles, & much more... Tracks from various gigs in Germany & France.

EMBRYO - RIDING (Cosmic Egg UTCE 005 CDR: RM,RE) CDR £8.00 - Classic Embryo live in Hamburg 29/6/1973, featuring Mal Waldron & Charlie Mariano. Numbered limited edition reissue of the Tramp Records official bootleg LP from 2003.

EMBRYO - BREMEN 1971 (Garden of Delights CD 084: RE) CD £14.00 - Super sizzling Embryo in between "Opal" & "Rache", with the unique "Time" & extended early very different classics from "Rache", inc. a storming 27 minute version of "Spain Yes, Franco Finished".

EMBRYO - WIESBADEN 1972 (Garden of Delights CD 144) CD £14.00 - Excellent unreleased live set, largely in "Steig Aus" to "We Keep On" vein, an ethnic sizzler! Plus a bonus track from Embryo related Aus Dem Nichts, who seem to have been the headline act at this concert.

EMBRYO - UNA GIRA PER CATALUNYA (Cosmic Egg UTCE 011 CDR: RE) CDR £8.00 - Live in Spain, early July 2001 (exact venue and date unknown). This gig goes through many stylistic changes, largely acoustic at the start with some reflective duos & trios, often close to the feel of later great studio albums "Zack Gluck" & "Ibn Battuta". Numbered limited edition.

EMBRYO - ANTHOLOGY+ (Cosmic Egg UTCE 014 CDR: RM) CDR £8.00 - Historical collection of rare recordings (9/1970-9/1979, including other recordings from the "Reise" sessions), originally released by Materiali Sonori on LP in 1980. EMBRYO & THE NO NECK BLUES BAND - EMBRYONNCK (Staubgold 67) CD £13.00 - Extraordinary & surprising jamming, a fresh & vital new twist on old Embryo really, some of it feels like Hapshash & The Coloured Coat. © 2006.

EMERGENCY - EMERGENCY ENTRANCE (Long Hair LHC00185: 2xBT) CD £13.50 - Aguably the finest by Emergency, with highly creative extended tracks. Bonus tracks are a rare single.

EMMA MYLDENBERGER - EMMA MYLDENBERGER (Garden of Delights CD 119: 5xBT) CD £13.00 - Classic 1978 all acoustic folk/prog band, hints of Broselmaschine/Ougenweide, but with their own sound. One of the finest German folky outfits.

EMMA MYLDENBERGER - TOUR DE TRANCE (Garden of Delights CD 127: 4xBT) CD £13.00 - LP #2, with considerably longer tracks & much more instrumental interplay, going beyond the pioneering music of Between or Third Ear Band, mysteriously ethnic & medieval, not really rock but with a lively rock energy, surprising for what was still a totally acoustic ensemble.

EMMA MYLDENBERGER - EMMAZ LIVE! (Garden of Delights CD 131: 3xBT) CD £14.00 - Excellent live set, a largely instrumental fusion of folk cultures. Originally an obscure cassette-only release.

EMTIDI - EMTIDI (Garden of Delights CD 145) CD £13.00 - Their 1970 acoustic & very folky debut, all English vocals & a delight for all Trees fans.

EMTIDI - SAAT (Pilz 20 29077-2: RM,CC) CD £14.00 - Not really a folk album, nor exactly cosmic rock, but a rare unique music transcending both genres, with the superb Dolly Holmes. Also features Dieter Dierks on percussion, bass & Mellotron. "Back to the master tape" reissue of their 1972 album.

EPIDERMIS - GENIUS OF ORIGINAL FORCE (Garden of Delights CD 191: 4xBT) CD £13.00 - The legendary German complex prog opus, complex, dark, twisted, surreal even, a four part suite that's like a big side-step from classic Gentle Giant.

EPIDERMIS - JUNE 1975 (Garden of Delights CD 188: 5xBT) CD £13.00 - Excellent originally unreleased album by this Krautrock era prog-rock band, with quite a bit of Gentle Giant influence.

ERLKOENIG - ERLKOENIG (Garden of Delights CD 054: 4xBT) CD £13.00 - 1973 private pressing rarity, a little towards bands like Murphy Blend, Hanuman & more folky/classical spiced German underground. This is a mellow haunting gem with lots of unique touches.

ERNA SCHMIDT - LIVE 69-71 (Garden of Delights CD 048) CD £14.00 - Unreleased Krautrock obscurity, from friends of Kraan, with a totally instrumental brew akin to Rufus Zuphall, with notable Hendrix/Kraan hybrid free-rock jamming, full of solos!

EROC - ZWEI (Brain/Revisited SPV 49612: 13xBT,DP,RE) CD £13.00 - 2nd LP (© 1976) by Grobschnitt drummer/multi-instrumentalist, in a kind of Frank Zappa "Lumpy Gravy" meets Ron Geesin vein. A must have for those that love such stuff!

EULENSPYGEL - EULENSPYGEL 2 (Garden of Delights CD 037) CD £14.00 - Their 1st LP was as the Royal Servants, playing psych-beat with English vocals. This is very different, angst German vocals in a radical complex underground prog fusion, comparable to Drosselbart, Pinguin, Hanuman. © 1971.

EULENSPYGEL - AUSSCHUSS (Garden of Delights CD 042: 7xBT,RE) CD £14.00 - Krautrock at its most Teutonic! Hints of Amon Düül II, Out Of Focus, Hanuman, Floh De Cologne, Metropolis, german vocals, Mellotrons, flutes, violin, etc. (Recorded at Apple Studios!) Plus bonus tracks: 1972 ARD TV session (7'08"), a 1973 demo (3'56") & 3 not-so-hot 1974 demos (13'41").

PETER FROHMADER - JULES VERNE CYCLE (Cosmic Egg UTCE 012 CDR: RE) CDR £8.00 - Fantastic, dark, surreal & visionary electronic music, inspired not only by Jules Verne's stories, but also by the images conjured, the atmosphere of "Nautilus" extraordinarily vivid, hurtling through the water.

GILA - NIGHT WORKS (Garden of Delights CD 035) CD £13.00 - Live at the WDR (26/2/1972), in the style of their debut, a mostly instrumental set with superb freaky jams & space-drives, a little Pink Floyd but uniquely Gila! Note: their are some flaws & drop-outs in the recording!

There were plans for a release with the April/Schneeball collective in 1975, in fact an album was recorded, & then lost, this is that lost 4th Out of Focus album, restored from those old lost tapes.
